i been taking laser treatments for my facial hair. I've got light skin but for some reason laser treatments are not working for me...are there any suggestions on ways i could get rid of it that are effective?

I never done electrolysis but I have also hair on my face as well and find waxing work for me.

my mother uses electrolysism. it takes a few visits and leaves scars for about a week, but overall it keeps it gone pretty well. only a few hairs every now and then.
