Im a 16 yr old black male and ive been growing facial hair for a while now but what is so weird my hair starts growing on my neck!!! its very irritating because i have to cut it every 2 days but is this normal?

It's absolutely normal - every adult male has to deal with it. Annoying, but true! Keep shaving your neck even if you grow the rest of your facial hair. :)

Yeah, its very normal in fact your just going through the hormonal changes now in this stage of your life! Sooner or later you'll be having hair growing everywhere!!! Haha.

Everyone grows facial differently I don't grow that much. I get it above my lip, my side burns and a little on my jaw line. My brother has to shave practically everyday, he's 17, but he has been the same for a few years.

totally normal. the neck is ratehr hard to shave, one of those swivel razors helps.
