REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE ABouT FACIAL HAIR?

i got so how much facial hair, i swear it looks like im a runaway ape well that was exaggerated but i got hair on the back on my neck AND UNDER MY CHIN (NECK AREA AND THIS IS A IMPORTANT PLACE I WANT TO REMOVE HAIR FROM) and upper lip basically the whole dam face except forehead. i need something that will remove it. not painfully or expensively. ive seen ppl at my age (15) that u cant even tell they had hair there. wat can i use, and i tried plucking my under chin way too many hairs, wud take ages and i plucked forehead but it doesnt seem to go there. but i really need some help with rest of it. i thought bout proffessional waxing, how much wud it cost and is it possible to do it in neckarea, near atoms box (the thing that sticks out ur throat) cause i got alot hanging there and i got alot on the sides and well im in really need of some advice i need products that r in canada and not expensive or something effective and long lastin not somethin every week

I get this facial hair cream that i leave on my upper lip for like 8 minutes and then i wipe it away. It's pretty much like nair for your face. The one that i have is called Sally Hanson cream hair remover. You shoul give it a try.
