It's better to get the over the counter bleach from the drug store. It works faster and if you're a brunette, H202 will turn your hair a ghastly tangerine color instead of the transparent blond you're going for.

if you have dark hair, DONT use peroxide. it'll turn your hair ORANGE. my friend did it and i'm sure she regrets it!

I wouldn't risk using Hydrogen Peroxide. Just go to Target or Wal-Mart and get some Jolen or Sally Hansen facial creme bleach. Its pretty cheap, and it works the best.
