to the person below me who said dont try it yourself...dont listen to them ...LOL...you can try it yourself...its not like its expensive its ******* thread...and you cant hurt yourself with thread what are you going to do slit your skin open with thread????....god just try it on your own the video shows how to do it perfectly...just dont do it really fast or hard...feel it out slowly at first....
