Advice on extra facial hair removal?

I am a women that has extra facial hair because of pcos. (for those who want to ask , PCOS is a condition of the ovaries that can cause infertility because the body produces to much male hormone then female in a womens body at leased it does mine). I don't want to shave because it tends to come back thicker and blacker and I am getting tired of plucking (ouch) I am allergic to all waxing solutions so what else is there for me to try and remove the gross hairs?

Vaniqa it's a prescribed cream. It takes around 2 months to start working, there are also pills that can be prescribed but they take around 6 months to work. Sometimes all you need is Metformin to regulate your blood sugars and help you to lose weight in order to slow hair growth.

Laser hair removal is so expensive and doesn't have a 100% success rate, many women have to have several treatments and in the end are unhappy with the results because they still get facial hair.

I bleach and pluck- the bleaching has worked better than anything else. I never recommend shaving, I couldn't deal with all the stubble! Don't be afraid to ask your Gyno for hair loss creams or pills or even creams for acne if you have skin problems as well.

well theres the lasic procedures that seem to help keep un wanted hair away and will eventually go away if you do it enough, or you can get on birth control pills and they will regulate the hormones, i saw a episode on mystery diagnosis, and thats what they did for her, and she got all better maybe check with your doc or specialist maybe they can help you a little better, just tell them you are tired of the hair crap and you need it to go away, cause its upsetting to you!

have you tried sally hansen hair removal. Its not a wax its a cream type substance. It works really well. If you already get stubble from shaving it wont work as well.

i have some facial hairs myself and i know how it is especially doing it every single week. i pluck my stash and yes it hurts but im used to it i do sometimes go for a wax if im too lazy. but there are creams out there that work i use one that i got from mexico and it works wonders you just apply it for about 5 mins and wash off and hair is gone. why dont you try another kind of wax? sally hansen makes a depi cream that also works for facial hair.
