Is waxing for facial hair effective?

I mean they say you should pull the strip against the growth of hair but with facial hair it's really short and it doesn't really grow in any specific direction so what do you do?

Is waxing for facial hair effective?

AHA! The question of all questions.

First and foremost it depends on what you mean by effective? If you mean does the hair go away for ever? The answer to that is no. But the good new is if you keep the practice up it can reduce the excess hair by 33%.

Now as how to do it correctly. If you are an amateur the best wax to use is a cold wax, as it is very easy to burn yourself. The lip is a tender place. That's why kissing is soooo great!

When it comes to the way that your hair grows....Look at your upper lip in thirds: left below your nose right below your nose and directly below the tip of your nose.

Spread the wax first to the left, pull to the right. now do the right. Spread to the right, pull to the left. Now the tricky part: Spread from the bottom of the nose to the top of the lip, and pull up to the nose.

There are 3 VERY important tricks to keep the pain small%26gt;:

1) Keep the skin tight(taunt) when you pull the wax strip off.

2) Keep an ice cube handy to run over the reddened area after you have pulled.

3) Try not to overlap. If you didn't get all the hair today give it a day or 2 rest. A little tweezing wouldn't hurt.

If you like, pure aloe, not the kind with alcohol in it soothes the area very nicely.

Good luck! Practice does make perfect.

Is waxing for facial hair effective?

yea....waxing any part of u is effective

Is waxing for facial hair effective?

No don't try it, you'll get a rash. Facial skin is very sensitive and the hair is too fine. Except for the hair on your upper lip, which you could wax if you have a lot of growth, do not tamper with the rest of your face, please!

Is waxing for facial hair effective?

no dont try that ... bleach them instead if its bothering u ... that much ...

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

After menopause im suffering from facial hair please give me perfect solution

Hormonal treatment is not recommended by doctors, electrolysis is vary costly

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

My dermatologist says to shave IN the direction of hair growth. Just wet your face %26amp; gently shave downward. Follow with good moisturizer.

Worked great for me :)

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

Dont shave, use hair remover.

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

wax

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

waxing is the better solution

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

Shave. It's easiest, cheapest, least painful, etc.

If it really bothers you, look into laser hair removal treatments. Laser treatments are less expensive than electrolysis and only a little more expensive than waxing - and laser hair removal lasts a lot longer than waxing. You also shave in between laser treatments and will have a more effective procedure if you had been shaving before treatments start and not something like waxing.

Make sure you truly are post-menopause though, as hormonal fluctuations can effect any form of hair removal you choose to use.

After menopause facial hair growing on my upper lip and Chick.?

The only option left is to get it regularly plucked out at parlour. As far as my knowledge no other option is left. I would also recomend you to have some Aurvedic medicines in consultation with the doctor.

Does facial hair grow faster when you're sick?

Does facial hair grow at a faster rate when you're under the weather?

It seems to, with me at least?

Does anyone know?

Why or why not?

Does facial hair grow faster when you're sick?

Yes. In theory, it should grow faster, because the facial hair, the nails and the hair are dead cells that the body sends out. If you're sick, the virus or bacteria kills cells, and virus reproduces and it's like a war inside you...your body defenses against the viruses and the bacteria.

Like a war, there are many deaths and your body has to send this dead cells for somewhere, and they go to nails, and hair, and facial hair... That's why, when you're sick, facial hair and nails , and hair grow faster... It happens to when you, for example, do sports very often.

Does facial hair grow faster when you're sick?

no it doesnt grow faster with my father

Does facial hair grow faster when you're sick?

I think it depends on tha person but prob not

Does facial hair grow faster when you're sick?

now I have never heard of that one before . it seems if your under the weather alot I'm not saying you are but if perhapps then I would say you would have to be very hairie.

now I know if one is on medicines and they have to stay on it for good I do know the hair will grow like crazy.now this I have seen.

Does facial hair grow faster when you're sick?

when ur sick, ur body take it upon itself to heal itself when you are asleep. you will sleep very hard and in turn your facial hair will grow faster because of the bodies healing process

What should I do about embarrassing facial hair and bumps?

I am an black female and I facial hair, the Doctor's said I probrably have it because my Grand-mother had it. The Doctor's put me on birth control but I stil have hair that grows and now I'm getting dark brown bumps under my neck and it is very embarrassing.I use Nair to remove my facial hair, which works pretty well....but the bumps now are an issue for me. Is there any thing I can do to help about the bumps? PLEASE:(

What should I do about embarrassing facial hair and bumps?

if u can afford to, go see a dermatologist...they may be able to prescribe you something thatll help the bumps fade...or if you're father (or any male for that matter) shaves, ask him if the creme, foam, gel etc. he uses helps to stop the bumps, and if so, maybe u could try it. but id check out the dermatologist first.

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

the clean shaven look with medium hair on top was always the look i wanted. what i have is a buzz cut with a mustache and goatee. i feel like this look is not good for when i have my profession and seems to intimidate people. i wear this though because i feel its safe like this and suits my face well. ive tried growing my hair on top and shaving off all my facial hair last summer just to try it out. i thought i looked really weird so i stayed in my home all summer until it grew back in time for school. one of the main reasons i feel it looks bad is that i feel like my chin is not proportioned right with my nose especially since the bridge of my nose is kinda pointy and sticks out. i feel the worst case scenario is get some work done on my nose but im still young and only 18. im a fair skinned latin male btw.

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

You could always BUY a goatee - something you could take off everynight ! Lol. Kidding....that would be a little ridiculous. Keeping a short goatee is high maintenence. A long goatee you could let go with no or little maintenence, but you'd have to deal with the discomfort for a while. Chances are you will get used to it as everyone does. Soon it will be no big deal.

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

you should keep it that way

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

I say keep it. I personally think that goatees are super sexy.

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

I say keep what makes you feel comfortable, then people will look past that and see your great personality instead.

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

You sound pretty exotic. I don't think it will matter much if you have facial hair, back hair, nose hair, toe hair or NO HAIR. Leave the nose alone. You'll grow into it. I PROMISE!!!

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

shave your head (including eyebrows), but grow a beard

I dont like having facial hair but it suits my face. what do i do?

If it doesn't look bad y do u break ur head on that? some things won't always be their best de way u want.. If u shave/epilate/thread especially facial hair even once, remember de hair grows back thicker n u'll always have to keep repeating it! think abt i! :)

Can male facial hair be removed with wax?

I don't have a lot of facial hair but it is thick where it comes in. I want to get rid of it so I don't get five oclock shadows. Can it be waxed? How much does waxing cost?

Can male facial hair be removed with wax?

Male facial hair is much coarser than on other parts of the body and much much coarser then on females' faces. Also the roots are stronger. It would be very painful for a man to have his face waxed. I write as someone who gets regular waxes elsewhere on my body and I don't find it that painful except at the instant the hair is being pulled out and even then it's quite bearable.

In short, I would say DON'T - just keep shaving!

Can male facial hair be removed with wax?

yes, it's no different than a girl's hair!!!

when i get my eyebrows done its like 5 bucks.

when i gegt my lip done also it's 15.

Can male facial hair be removed with wax?

Yesum :)

%26amp; It won't grow back for a very long time.

Maybe a week.

:)

I get my eyebrows waxed for free

Because my grandma is a hair dresser

%26amp; I get a lot of discounts.

But it should be about 3-15 dollars :) Not too bad at all.

But 15 at the most only because thats a lot more hair than just eyebrows.

Can male facial hair be removed with wax?

it can be but dont do it , it hurts like hell

Do women grow facial hair?

this has been bothering me for a very very long time, i do not know if women grow facial hair, if they do, do they shave it off?

i do know that if they shave there hairs it comes back more hairier.

Do women grow facial hair?

After a certain age, 40ish, they lose estrogen and start growing very unwanted facial hairs. Do Not shave it! Get waxed!!

Do women grow facial hair?

Yes they do wax it off read some waxing and other hair removal tips on this site

Do women grow facial hair?

some do grow peach fuzz and wax it or nair it off others grow peach fuzz like I was saying earlier but thicker....not too girly like but it happens

Do women grow facial hair?

thats a pretty funny question...

but some aoman do have stronger hormones that do make them grow facial hair. Its pretty gross if you ask me. Common now if we all shaved our so called Facial hair would we not be stubbly like you men...i think so.

Do women grow facial hair?

i'm here for the 2 points

as for the question....yes they do

Do women grow facial hair?

sure they do, in fact that is one rule that i have if a woman has more hair on her face than i do she is out the window or door or which is ever the closest. Greek's, Jew's, middle eastern females have a lot more hair than most men in America. if u do not believe me looking %26amp; watching u will see!!!!!!!!

Do women grow facial hair?

you can wax it anytime,It's better if you check with a doctor first(ENDOCRINOLOGIST)you might have a hormone disfunction.

Do women grow facial hair?

yes women do grow facial hair you can see it more in dark haired women and they do wax it off or they use hair cream

Do women grow facial hair?

Yes they do after a certain age......Very common for all women

Do women grow facial hair?

yes everyone has hair all over their body...the only place we don't have hair is on the palm of our hands and the bottom of our feet...women's hair just grows in lighter than men's hair...i think its the testosterone in them that makes it grow in thicker...but ya i wax my eye brows and my upper lip sometimes...

Do women grow facial hair?

women do grow facial hair.

the best solution is to bleach them to match your skin tone.

otherwise you can do threading or waxing but don't ever shave them because when they grow back it won't look good

Do women grow facial hair?

Yeahh but use hair removal creme for facial hair or sumthin

Do women grow facial hair?

i just bleach my facial hair it looks great better than my skin

Do women grow facial hair?

yes they do shave it, pluck it, but the best way is to electrolosis and get rid of it permenently.

Do women grow facial hair?

if they take steroids...yeah they grow facial hair...and if she isnt taking steroids and still has facial hair...somethings wrong!!!

Do women grow facial hair?

I used to work with a woman that by 12 had a twelve o'clock shadow. seriously. it was pretty bad. I guess if a woman has a lot of testostrone in her she could grow facial hair. also germans grow a lot of facial hair. my half sis is half german and she has a lot of facial hair. Lucky for her it is blonde!

Do women grow facial hair?

It doesn't come back "more hairier" as you so eloquently put it. The hair is just cut at a different angle so it's more blunt.

Yes women get facial hair. Shaving is not recommended. Facial bleach is recommended.

Do women grow facial hair?

yes they do

Do women grow facial hair?

yes, women do. And...if she is a smart woman, she will hot wax it off.

Do women grow facial hair?

wax it, it will come back lighter

Do women grow facial hair?

Some women do shave their facial hairs and some do not - I know of two women off the top of my head that really need a shave!@

Do women grow facial hair?

yes they do and nair has certain cream for that kind of stuff.

Do women grow facial hair?

yea and wax works or nair

Do women grow facial hair?

no but we get peach fuzz

Do women grow facial hair?

Yes we usually get it waxed or shave whenever it grows back

Do women grow facial hair?

Yes,we do. For most women it is fine peach fuzz, but some women have coarser, darker hair which they will then bleach, wax or shave.

It is a myth that shaving makes hair thicker, darker or coarser,as many an adolescent boy has found out. This idea arose from the fact that often when a young woman begins shaving her legs, it is at a time when that hair is thickening due to puberty and so the two occurrences appear to be related.

Do women grow facial hair?

Unfortunately, yes we do. My medication makes mine grow even worse. I tried waxing once and got rashes so now I shave it - not with a regular bic razor those are awful - use an electric razor. Peach fuzz be gone!

Do women grow facial hair?

yes women do grow facial hair but its very fine and almost invisable.the difference in mens and womens facial hair is the amount of testerones or estrogens, men have much more testosterones in their system and women have more estrogens.if a man wanted less hair he could start by taking the estrogen hormone and visa versa for women--want more face hair?take testerone shots

Do women grow facial hair?

Look into laser hair removal at a salon or something. It's permanent

Do women grow facial hair?

yes some women grow facial hair. some may shave which is a bad thing because it grows back thicker and faster. although some wax it off it can be painful but the hair doesnt grow back that fast nor does it grow thick. it actually grows back thin.

Do women grow facial hair?

yes if you do shave your facial hair with will come back thicker and darker...... if you want to remove it without all the fuss go to a professional.

How should I trim my facial hair?

I've been letting my facial hair grow since I knew it was going to get cold. I don't really want another full beard. How should I trim my facial hair for a new look? Links to photo examples are appreciated.

How should I trim my facial hair?

Use a beard trimmer. They have at least 5 length settings, I prefer the lowest for a sexy stubble look. Shave your neck and any stray hairs though. KEEP IT NEAT!

How should I trim my facial hair?

Search for a mini lawn mower.

How should I trim my facial hair?

I like sideburns and soul patches, but that wouldnt be very warm. Also, mustaches don't look good on everyone so maybe just stick to a short beard.

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n

Is this the begining of facial hair? I am almost 17 years old, in 2months. I'm developed everywhere except for my face, which is yet to recieve any facial hair. I get slight hair on the top of my lip but none that doesn't look like fur on my face lol

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

you will get it=don't worry= you don,t have to do the shaving bit yet and that is saving you some bucks

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

Rough and scaley? I think you have dry skin..

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

it takes time...be patient ....

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

Sounds like your starting to grow hair on your face. You won't start out with full blown wiskers. Facial hair starts out soft and wispy, but as you shave it, it will grow faster and stiffer.

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

i have the same problem and im 17

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

dont worry about it,you will get it,then you will wish you didnt have it.after a while it becomes a drag to shave.

I'm not able to grow facial hair yet, none noticeable anyway - But under my chin feels rough n scaley?

it will come in soon

How do I promote facial hair growth?

I have a baby face... and I'm trying to change that. I'm 20 years old but I'm a year ahead in school, and I have all older friends... and the younger girls just don't do it for me-- I like older woman.

So I think growing hair on my face is a start. I shave everything about once every two weeks because I get caught in this permanent fuzz effect and it doesn't look great. I grow a fuzz really fast on my chin and mustache but it just stays there and grows soooo slowly.

How can I get over this "facial hair growth plateau"? Why does my hair stop growing?

How do I promote facial hair growth?

drink more whiskey homey

How do I promote facial hair growth?

Don't you watch TV? Ladies like smooth-shaven skin. If you want to be hairy, try for a bit on the chest.

How do I promote facial hair growth?

Omega-3 Fish Oil pills are well known for promoting both nail and hair growth. Take three of these a day.

However, more than anything, I suggest you embrace that baby face of yours, because contrary to what you or other guys may believe, they are well-received among the ladies. ;)

Besides, an older woman is smart enough to go after a man for the man himself, regardless of baby-faces, facial hair, or lack thereof.

How do I promote facial hair growth?

you got what you got -learn to like it.

Not much facial hair, but more on one side of face?

Hi there,

I am 22 and do not have much facial hair. I seem to have more 'fluff' on the right side of my face.

Any ideas why this is and will it continue to get thicker as I grow older?

Not much facial hair, but more on one side of face?

Shave it off and keep doing so and then it will thicken up and go black lol

Not much facial hair, but more on one side of face?

Is the hair light?

If so, try tinting it with a medium to dark brown or black dye depending on your hair colour.

If the hair is light the tint will make all the hairs that are there show up and will make it all seem a whole lot thicker :-)

Hope this helped.

Not much facial hair, but more on one side of face?

No its probably not going to fill in. No big deal, you just wont be able to grow a full perfect beard. Don't worry, most people don't look good with a beard anyway!

Shaving accelerate facial hair growth?

does shaving accelerate facial hair growth?

Shaving accelerate facial hair growth?

yesss

Shaving accelerate facial hair growth?

This is an absolute myth, ask any doctor. What DOES happen is that the rest of the follicle thats in the skin is healthier and not as worn down so it is darker and thicker-looking. There you go

Shaving accelerate facial hair growth?

It does not accelerate facial hair growth or hair growth of any kind. Unfortunately, that is an old wives' tale, the same as the one with the idea that once hair is cut it wil grow back darker and thicker (which really is only an illusion since new hair is darker and thicker than old hair, which has been bleached and weathered by the sun to be lighter and finer).

21; lacking facial hair..lol?

hi, i'm 21, and think i'm a late bloomer; lol... i've got very little facial hair and i'm 5foot 5 inches tall !!!

21; lacking facial hair..lol?

Try hair in a can!

21; lacking facial hair..lol?

nothing you can do about it. be glad you aren't 21 and balding.

21; lacking facial hair..lol?

YES YOU CAN CORRECT THIS!

Here's what you do.

1.Shave your pubic hair off.

2.Rub krazy glue all over your face.

3.Put the pubic hair wherever you want facial hair

Now you have facial hair!

21; lacking facial hair..lol?

Recipes for Facial Hair bump Removal?

I am a preteen and I have facial hair bumps all over my face. It's not very bad but I'd like to get rid of them. Any tips?

Recipes for Facial Hair bump Removal?

This may sound crazy, but it does work for alot of people. Mix together a little olive oil, lemon juice and Sugar. The white granulated kind. Mix nearly equal amounts of each together. Adjust the amount of the ingredients to kepp the consistancy thick and paste like. Then, using your fingers, rub lightly in small circles, all over your face. Work the grainy paste slowly over your skin. You may wish to concentrate on troubled areas, but not for too lomg. When you feel you have covered enough area, which should take just a few minutes, Rinse very well with lukewarm or tepid water. Repeat with a little cooler water and be sure to remove all the sugar granules off your skin. Pat dry or blot to dry your skin. Never rub with a towel. Your skin will feel so wonderful and shoud be free of anything blocking pores and your skin should feel smooth and soft. This is a great exfoliant for any part of the body too. Be sure to follow up with a good toner and moisterizer.

How to remove facial hair? Atta treatment?

I have facial hair on my upper lip and I hate it. I want to remove it permanently if possible. Does anyone know if the atta removal where you make a paste with yogurt, besan, and turmeric works? Does it remove the hair permanently or does it just keep growing back? If it does does it get any worse?

How to remove facial hair? Atta treatment?

I think the best way to move facial hair is laser treatment. This may be expensive but it lasts and the hair will not grow back. You will visit them a few times and you will have to go back after the treatment to see how it is getting on and if it needs some last minute changes but other then that is should be fine.

It's good getting treatment that is cheap but on the other hand wouldn't you rather get something that is expensive but last forever?!

Hope this helped.

How to remove facial hair? Atta treatment?

What you are using that basin haldi and yougurt is the best for it since all the grandmas and all used the same thing when you were small so it will defenitely work out.

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

I have hair on my face, to the touch, it feels very fuzzy. I try to remove with facial wax, but I think it's too short for it to work effectively. How can I make the hair on my face grow or something? Is there another solution for this? Thanks!

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

surgicream, it is a hair remover like Nair, but I think it works better. Laser hair removal is about $500.

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

um, are you a man or woman

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

use Nair

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

shaving.....?

It's worked for centuries.

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

Try a product called a "silky mit" there is one designed specifically for the face and it basically just buffs the hair off. Its painless, doesnt leave rashes and is cheaper than wax. I didnt hold out much hope for them the first time I used them but have found the mits to be a life saver!!

Need to remove facial hair, but it's too short?

DON'T SHAVE IT. PLEASE.

it will only come back thicker and blacker.

i would suggest getting a pair of tweezers

and plucking the most noticable ones out.

thats what i do if they come in. it really works=]

but besides that. nothing that i know of will work

unless it gets long enough.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

I have been using those facial hair removal shavers and now my chin is full of manly hair it looks gross im embarrased aswell. is there anything i can use or do to fix the problem??

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

Nair makes a product specifically for the face that works great and isn't irritating. I use it for my moustache. um, I mean, I heard you can use it for a moustache. ; )

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

there are facial depilatories, and there is also lazer hair removal, tho that is expensive.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

you could go and get laser hair removal done.. by a specialist. you could also ask a doctor on something you could do at home

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

Laser treatments work excellently and they are permanent. I had the same problem as you and now the hair is all gone and I'm super happy. Now the only thing is, that laser doesn't work on light or blond hair. So if your hair is dark it will work. It is really worth the money.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

One Touch Facial Waxer $12.99, you can buy this at any drug store.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

That is just about the most unattractive thing I have ever heard. My suggestion: A brown bag with holes cut out for the eyes.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

I use a hair removal cream on a regular basis and I have my eyebrows waxed. You may be able to find a doctor that does laser hair removal and find out how long it lasts. But I believe even with electrolysis the hair eventually grows back.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

There's no need to be embarrassed. Far more women than you imagine have that sort of facial hair. The question is how best to deal with it.

Facial (and also body) hair on women comes about in the same way as on men because of

1) your body being sensitized, before you were even born, to testosterone -- doesn't happen to all girls, but does to many

2) your body producing high levels of testosterone

The growth rate and coarseness of the hair depends on just how much testosterone is circulating in your bloodstream.

Steer clear of bleaching -- when someone sees you against the light you'll look as if you have a glowing moustache and/or beard.

As far as removing it is concerned it's worth remembering that

* Waxing, plucking, threading, epilating all pull the hair out by the roots and where the growth is hormonally-driven can actually stimulate a dormant follicle into producing more hair quicker. They also distort the root if done repeatedly, leading to hair growing at strange angles. And you've got to let the hair grow to quite a length before you can repeat the exercise. It can also damage the skin and discolor it. Long-term use of waxing also causes bad wrinkles.

* Chemical depilatories strong enough to remove the hair are very likely to burn the skin, cause swelling and cause long-term discoloration of the skin.

* Laser is also liable to cause burning and discoloration and in any case only works effectively on a dark hair/light skin combinantion.

* Electrolysis is very liable to cause scarring and discoloration of the skin.

Which, like it or not, leaves shaving which does not damage the skin. Best done with a men's-style electric razor, the best of which, for women, are probably those from the men's range of Norelco razors (Philishave outside the US). Most women who try a men's Norelco wonder why nobody ever told them about it before.

I have unwanted facial hair what can I use to fix the problem?

Laser treatments work very well. You can call 888.517.4187 to get pricing and find a practioner or go to the attached site that compares laser providers.

Men's facial hair, How to trim it?

ok so I had a beard kinda, I wanted one of thoes thin ones that outling the face.

http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c251/S...

like so, and I was hopeing that someone could tell me hot to achieve it more, It's way to thick when i use my razor, but it's all I have what kind of trimmer should I use and where should I trim it, I don't know if there is a proper way of doing this, so I was wondering if anyone could find the name of this facial hair, and maybe a link that tells me how to care for and properly build it because now I shaved it off I look like I'm 12 haha.

Men's facial hair, How to trim it?

A set of electric clippers is what I use to clip my beard. They come with a set of guides of differing lengths so that you can pick the length of the beard you want and then just run the clippers through your beard like combing it. Don't go with one of those BEARD Trimming contraptions which are battery powered. I've had many and they never last very long. Get the good barber clippers which plug into the wall, and they will last much longer for you.

For defining the edge, I use the clipper without a guide and have someone else do it. (Better at the edges). Though the clipper won't get it smooth, it will get you the edge you want. You then use a razor to shave it smooth up to the edge.

Men's facial hair, How to trim it?

good choice 4 best answer. i do that 2!.Once you are near finishing, to do any touch ups start from the inside and slowly delicately shave to make the line perfect Report It

Men's facial hair, How to trim it?

Anyone of those dry razors - the better quality the better. They really work great, you can have just a litel bit of fuzz and its soft instead of stubbly. THe outline look? It looks good in a mirror but it reeeaaallly doesnt look good walking around. I don't know a single girl that would fall for it. Just trim the whole thing real short, you cant go wrong, and you look clean cut.

Men's facial hair, How to trim it?

My boyfriend has this goatee that I've been really wanted him to have, and not I want him to get rid of it. Anyways, I got him (made him) to purchase this trimmer made for beards, goatees, and musatches. It can be purchased at a local drug store for a really cheap price. It's found the the razor section.

It's great. He loves it too. He turns it on trims over it to keep it nice and short (also even). It's really easy to use it comes with a small instruction on how to put it together.

As for caring for it, I don't know how to tell you that. My boyfriend was clueless about his goatee when he firsted had it but as time went on he learned how to get it to his liking. I think if you had the right equipment you can trim it as thin as you want.I know when my boyfriend needs to get it aligned he takes a razor and goes along the sides and tries to get it to match on the sides.

I just wanted to help you out on the razor deal because I found that my boyfriend really likes it and it's good for those small jobs (like the one you have). Good Luck.

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

I am a 13 year old dude and have facial hair. I plucked my unobrow, thank God, but i have a fuzzy mustache. It's not that big but i dont wanna shave it cuz it'll grow back alot. Is it making me unattractive? It's more manly like not to bad you can see it but it's not hairy hairy like Jean Shallot's.

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

That's a myth about it growing back a lot if you shave it. There is nothing you can do about getting the facial hair other than keeping it shaved until you think you want facial hair as part of your appearance. Personally, I think the peach fuzz look is kinda funny... I would shave it till you get older and it has developed more.

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

it depends on what each individual person think..

im sure it looks fine =-]

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

I have facial hair to I hecka wanna shave it but my parents dont want me to, it looks hella ridicolous. Sometimes I even get emmbarassed because people look at me.

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

You could thin out your mustache by just trimming off the top hairs or shave it off completely. That,s a myth ,hair grows back anyway. It,s kind of hard to tell by your avatar though lol.You be the judge.

Does my facial hair make me look unattractive?

Some guys have more facial hair than others. I'd shave your mustache if I were you. Not doing so makes long peach fuzz under your nose look like you're trying to look older than you are - or more macho. It is a misconception that shaving hair makes it grow back fuller. Maturity does this. As you age, your facial hair will naturally get heavier whether you shave it or not. The only downside to starting to shave at your age is that it's a pain in neck and you'll have to do it longer than most males. Good luck.

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

I have a lot of facial hair and I shave 3 times a week. I am 14 years 10 months old 5'41/2. My dad is like 5'6 and my mom is 5'0. Does this mean I will get a growth spurt soon? In the past 10 months I have only grown 1/2 an inch. Why am I not growing?

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

No, facial hair comes from testosterone and growth comes from HGH.

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

Bonjour! probably not a growth spurt.....but puberty...unless u propbably got it already....it really just means that you r growing...not to a growth spurt though

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

well most men stop growing in their twenties so sorry but you still have some time to wait. Girls go through puberty earlier and much quicker where as the boys do it gradually and over alot of years.Hang in there.

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

If you are a female, I think it means that menopause has arrived. I have seen a lot of hairy short guys in my life, and I just read an answer that said the more you shave the longer, thicker and darker your hair will grow back, so I am at a loss. I do know enough from med school to tell you that you don't stop growing for at least another four years, so don't worry about it!

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

UH-oh....my son has grown past his growth spurt before having those tell-tale facial hair. He is now 16 and almost 6 ft tall...he began his growth spurt at the age of 13 and it slowly stopped at the age of 15..(at 5ft 10 inches tall)...now, he's having those little facial hair growing, he's 5ft 11.5inches at the age of 16

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

Facial hair and growth spurts are not directly related, they are just two results of the same thing: puberty.

Things happen at different times and rates for each person. At your age, I had begun experiencing several facets of puberty. My voice had already deepened significantly (it was the first thing to happen), and I had my first growth spurt, for example. However, I had very little hair to speak of except for what was on my scalp. Even now, at 21 1/2, I am only just beginning to grow arm, chest, and facial hair. It just happens to be the last thing to happen for me.

I had my last growth spurt almost five years ago, and stopped growing completely three years ago, so obviously, facial hair is a terrible indicator for growth spurts.

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

Growth spurts can happen any time during adolescence. The peach fuzz may or may not be related, but it's a good sign that you're developing at a normal pace. I didn't really spurt until I was 16. Be patient, but do realize that you're not going to be much taller than your dad, so don't expect to suddenly be a walk-on center!

Does getting facial hair mean that a growth spurt is coming?

yea, it means your on your way.dont worry, you will grow more.
